Job Description:
As an Operations and Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory, ensuring timely restocking, and overseeing the accuracy of inventory data across all sales platforms. You will be responsible for understanding and executing new tasks efficiently, maintaining a smooth flow of operations, and contributing to the overall productivity of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing overstock.
  2. Update and maintain accurate inventory records across all sales portals.
  3. Quickly grasp new tasks and systems, adapting to changes in processes and technology.
  4. Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams to forecast inventory needs and plan replenishments.
  5. Conduct regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies or issues.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Provide support to other operational areas as needed.


Qualifications:

  1. Strong proficiency with computer systems and software, including inventory management tools.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  3. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tasks, adapting to changing priorities.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
  6. Experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
